A giant chocolate mountain cake for my dad's birthday. He has just recently climbed Mt Kilimanjaro in africa and the incan ruins in peru, so I couldn't do any old cake. He kept his little sugar figure. He still has it!

My very dear friend Erin and I in our favourite spot at the beach. Every year, we would get matching swimsuits and go to the beach with our families. Erin and I would dig a HUGE hole to sit in. Then at the end of the day, we'd crash it in. Since I moved out, she and I hardly see eachother. I miss her alot.

This is my dog!! Her name is Sassie. She's been my best friend since I was 8. Santa brought her. Unfortunately, she died earlier this year from surgery complications. It was my first REALLY big loss. My life feels very different without her. She was THE BEST dog. EVER.

Don't worry! YOu didn't miss anything. It only LOOKS like a wedding dress. I'm not sure if you know about National Charity League... but it's a league of mothers and daughters who get together to have social events and do charity work. It's really uppity. But mom HAD to do it. haha. If you're accepted, you're in from 6th grade to HS graduation. Around that time, you're put through a "presentation". It's like a debutant ball... but.. not. We all wear white and are escorted by guys and they say nice things and you dance with your dad and say nice things about your mom. They have a photo montage at the end and you get to pick a song for it. I chose "Landslide" by Fleetwood Mac, but preformed by the Smashing Pumpkins (my favourite band!).

This is my dad's favourite picture of me. My dad and I used to go on "adventures" to the supermarket to get "cold things" together. It was kinda like an eskimo pie. Vanilla icecream with a chocolate shell. I still can't eat chocolate without getting all over my face.

My parents would get professional photos done every year when I was younger. I think this one was "alice in wonderland" inspired. The crazy lady who would take my pictures would tickle my nose with some HUGE feather on a stick. There's a really nice picture from the same shoot in mom and dad's hallway at home. It's a little big to scan.

My mom was determined I'd be a ballerina. I'm really awkward. Graceful isn't really a word that describes me. I was always wandering around on stage looking lost. Plus I kept smudging my makeup. I really didn't like dance.

Wow... I can't believe this look was popular in the 80's. Another professional photo. I remember that I used to have to wear hair things like that all the time. I REALLY didn't like them. I would go to school with them and take them out. I wasn't a fan of dresses either. I liked climbing trees!

Naked baby time was after my bath. It was my favourite! Are there any nudists in the family? This is something you might see more of later... BLANKEY! Yep. I had a pink blankey. I chewed on its corners. I still have it! It sits right by my bed, along with a stuffed otter named "orey".
